• What am I actually buying?
  Every product on this site is a supplier link, not a physical bike or kit. When you purchase, you're paying for direct access to our supplier's link, where you then place your own order at supplier pricing.
• Why is it cheaper than buying direct or through a dealership?
  Suppliers don't advertise directly to the public. We do the work of vetting and maintaining relationships with them, and pass that access on to you at a fraction of typical dealership markup.
• How do I receive my supplier link?
  After checkout, your link is emailed to the address you provided, usually within 15 minutes. Check your spam or junk folder if it's not in your inbox.
• I can't find my email, what do I do?
  First, check spam or junk. If it's been more than 15 minutes and you still don't see it, double check the email address you entered at checkout. If everything looks correct and it's still missing, contact us and we'll resend it.
• What if there's a problem with the physical product once I order from the supplier?
  Once you place your order directly with the supplier, that transaction is between you and them, including shipping, product quality, and warranty claims where applicable. We're here to help if you run into issues finding the right contact on the supplier's end.
• What's the shipping timeframe?
  Most suppliers ship in approximately 40-50 days standard. The E-Bike Conversion Kit Supplier also offers express shipping at approximately 30 days.
• Do you ship everywhere?
  Suppliers ship internationally to most major countries. Some smaller or remote territories may not be supported, check with the specific supplier if you're unsure.
